A few weeks ago we asked you to give us your thoughts on the management companies that service your blocks. We wanted to find out if there was a clear leader in the field that would inspire other companies to work to higher standards. Read on to see our findings.....

We asked you to give a score from 1 (excellent) to 4 (poor) in three different categories, and also to state whether or not you would recommend your management company to others.

The graphs below show the ratings for each category.

As you can see the results for each category are very similar. There is only a few percent between excellent and poor for each category although 'poor' just tips the scales each time.

We were hoping to crown one company and have a clear winner but unfortunately every single one of the 100 submissions said that they would NOT recommend their management company.

It's obviously important that Flat Chat isnt seen to be attacking the management companies in the UK but the site is here for the benefit of residents everywhere. All of the information on this page has come in from our members and we'll leave it to you to make your own mind up as to whether or not managemenmt companies could raise the bar on their level of service and value for money.
